Hi -- simple question for the forum. I've added new Price Maps as we begin to build our 2011-12 season in Tessitura--following the Ticket Pricing Tessitura support document of course!--and now when I try to add Price Types to performances, the new Price Maps I built are not populating in the drop-down menu. The only Price Maps that appear are for the current/active season.
What am I missing?
The first thing I would check is to be sure that you're using the Price Zone Map that you set them up under (and that neither the Price Maps nor that Price Zone Map are inactive though I doubt that's the case since you say you just set them up).

I'm having the same issues as the previous user. I checked the places you suggested and it appears that everything is in order. But I'm still unable to access the price maps from the drop down. Any other suggestions?

The only other thing I can possibly think of is checking the GL code you've associated your price maps to to make sure it also is not inactive. Beyond that, I think it might be time to open a TASK ticket if you've checked that everything is associated correctly and active.
