Hey out there! I wondering how to place holds against constituent records as opposed to just general holds being placed. Any suggestions on how to do this? Please advise and THANKS!
If your MOS allows for seated/unpaid orders I’d think that would be the way to go…

We created a hold with the name Customer Service Taken. The idea being that you need them for a specific purpose, but can't put them in a record yet. This way anyone looking at the seat map knows not to use them and if they want to know what user has them reserved they can look at the seat history to see who applied the hold code.
The user still has to keep notes about why the needed them, but it has stopped the e-mail chains of "these seats are mine".
Hi Dan,
Here at Intiman we also have holds for specific departments to use for quick customer needs. Marketing, Ticket Office and Subscription have their own. Unfortunately there seems to be no way to assign hold to a specific constituent.
Although, this would be a nice feature!
