My org just switched to v16 on Monday. I thought Access Control was going to be a lot easier to use, but so far it's been a struggle.
Does anyone know if there is a webinar or something that will teach my team how to use the scanners? I've already built them all so that documentation isn't helpful anymore.
I need one to teach us how to actually scan a ticket or a membership card, because so far most of them have failed due to user error.
I agree. A webinar that goes over access control for v16 would be great. I can't find screenshots of the application here on the network to make a how to guide for ushers. The documentation has very few screenshots.
