A question from our Box Office staff around checking for best availability through all subscription packages:
In Single Ticket purchases when you are on the Seat Map screen, using the Title arrows on the top left side of the screen you can scroll through all dates of an individual performance and then book the patron into whatever performance you want.
Is there similar functionality when booking Subscriptions, or is the only option to add individual line items for each package in Order Details>Line Items and then flip to the seating map screen to view avails? It would be great to scroll through package availability using the above method, or something similar.

What I have done, is added all the options they are interested as line items to the order. Then select(highlight) all the line items, go into the seatmap where you can then click on perf list to select the next composite map to move to the next package.
