If I find that a constituent account is fraudulent (belonging to scammer) and I inactivate the account- does that invalidate the tickets that they sold?
Return the tickets and refund them before you inactivate.
I will also say, we've been flagging those reseller accounts with RSL constituencies. We notify them their tickets have been cancelled, then leave the account active. That way we have the account flagged and we use a dashboard to flag and cancel any future purchases (without the scammer creating multiple accounts in the system). We're also tracking their IP addresses to identify other fake accounts and cancel their tickets as well.

We've been flagging these accounts with constituencies as well, but we have the pricing rule change to $5000 a ticket if they try to make future purchases, which deters them from finishing the purchase. However, if you could share your dashboard that would be amazing and much appreciated!

Lindsey Whitfield I would also love to know who you are tracking the IP's. We identified a bundle of new out of state accounts that just bought during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday offer, all of 8 tickets and it would be great to try and track their activity with us should they try to repurchase tickets after we refund/return their orders!
