If I find that a constituent account is fraudulent (belonging to scammer) and I inactivate the account- does that invalidate the tickets that they sold?
The tickets would give you a negative scan in NSCAN, but you most likely want to refund the tickets prior to inactivating the account so that you can sell the inventory. Otherwise, the seats are locked up in the scalper account.
