We're just looking at if we can run a promo and discount gift certificates for example buy £50 worth for £45. Any ideas on how this could be possible in tessitura?

So funny! I literally just opened a support ticket asking this same question yesterday. Someone buys $100 gift card online, but they get a $125 gift card. We are on TNEW and am wondering if it works. Interested to see other responses.

Last time I asked Tessitura about this, the answer was no. Hoping it changes with v16 but in the meantime I put in a request on the Idea board.
