We've run into an issue with only some prices being available online for a single event that I hope someone can help us with!
The Problem: We can sell tickets online at the Gala price and Price A, but experience an error with Prices B-E, even though there is plenty of inventory available. We have no trouble selling any price in Tessitura, just online.
The concert was originally setup on a zone map using prices Gala, A, B, C, D, but was restructured to add on Price E. The extra price was added on to the associated price map and was available to sell in Tessitura without an issue. The rezoning was originally done through the Season Maintenance to avoid the need to run SQL processes, but in light of the online error message, we rezoned the original facility zone map and ran the process for the specific season. We also recreated a new price map from scratch in case that was the problem, but it didn’t help either.
Any suggestions on what we missed?

Are you using select your own seat? If so, the zone changes may have broken your select your own seat map. Frequently the way SYOS maps are built, zone changes cause problems. Probably the best thing to do is to open a help ticket.

Have the new price types been properly mapped to the web MOS?
Have the new price types been granted the appropriate security?
When you say that you can't purchase over the web - do you mean your website front-end or manually via the API tessitura.asmx ReserveTickets method? Since you have new zone numbers, try it manually using the new zone - it is possible that the front-end may be hardcoded to use the old zone numbers.
