Hello, We are announcing our 23/24 Season this week. I created a Pricing Rule Add-On for customers to add a Special Event to their cart. The pricing rule is working correctly when NEW packages are purchased (See Screenshot).But the pricing rule is NOT firing in the Renewal Purchase Path. Is this behavior correct? How can we best upsell our Add-Ons to renewing subscribers?Thanks for your help.
Yes, Renewals will not Fire pricing rules, Loading an existing renewal order does not trigger a price or message rule to display. Price or Message Rule messaging only display when adding new seated items to a cart.
Also, you cannot add new packages easily to the renewal path, so if you figure that out, please post how you did it.

Thank you for this information. Luckily our organization purchased the add-on plugin for this very reason. We were able to get it up and running. RE: about adding new packages to the renewal path, we have not done that.
