Hi. We have about a year's worth of General Admission performances currently sitting on our "Maintain Production Elements" pages. They go back to when we first got Tessitura in July up to end of this coming April. The list is so long now that it is hard to keep track of. Is there a way of "hiding" those past dates without fully deleting the performances? We will need to go back and pull data or adjust certain things in those performances, but not often enough for them to sit visibly on the list for all eternity. A "Hide" or "Deactivate" function would be great. If someone knows how I'd appreciate it.
You can enter publish dates in the build for the client, which will hide the product from your product catalog for your staff, and you can also enter publish dates for the web, which would hide the events from your website, without deactivating them.
I am not so worried about the Product Catalog or the website. What I want is for the giant list of performances in our Ticketing Set-up, Production Elements sections to go away. I just hate having to scroll through all of 2022 just to get to the 2023 ones I actually need.
Do you have your active only button clicked? It's located on the lower left of the ticketing set up screen.
The problem is they are all currently active and I don't know how to deactivate them.
