How many organizations have implemented variable pricing?
I'm presenting variable pricing as an option to our ED and I'd like to give him an idea of how many theatres are already doing this (aside from the organizations that spoke at Tess Conference).

We've been using demand-based pricing at Pittsburgh Opera for a while. The season coming up will be our fourth.
