Does anyone know why a constituent wouldn't show up on the performance seating book for a performance they have tickets to? My box office uses this report as an attendee list, but we've noticed that some people are not listed when they do indeed have a ticket to the selected performance.
Any clues?

Hi Sara, Rachel here with Tessitura Support, we'd be happy to investigate this with you in a ticket if you'd like us to dig into specific examples. The report selects all reserved and ticketed seats for a selected performance or performances within an entered date range. If the Section(s) parameter is used, only seats in the selected sections are included in the report. If the Include General Public Seats? parameter is set to Yes, the report will include General Public seats (i.e., customer_no = 0); otherwise, General Public seats will be excluded. Is it possible the affected constituents are booked under General Public Seats?
