Does anyone know why a constituent wouldn't show up on the performance seating book for a performance they have tickets to? My box office uses this report as an attendee list, but we've noticed that some people are not listed when they do indeed have a ticket to the selected performance.
Any clues?

Assuming the standard report I'd look to see if the order has a recipient on seats (SLI) as they might be being subbed in. Also assuming you're not running off of a list.
For things like this that are a solid puzzle and you are getting repeat issues it can be a bit of detective work (and a bit of fun) There are a couple of tools to help depending if you want to use SQL or built in reports.
