Does anyone know why a constituent wouldn't show up on the performance seating book for a performance they have tickets to? My box office uses this report as an attendee list, but we've noticed that some people are not listed when they do indeed have a ticket to the selected performance.
Any clues?

Off the top of my head, the only things that occur to me is if either there was something still missing in the order (e.g. still unseated, which is unlikely if they have the ticket), something up with control grouped price types, or else if there was something still missing on the performance facility set-up (e.g. the given seat does not have a section assigned to it).
If it is none of those and/or no one has any better ideas, I would check with support on this. This is a pretty standard report used by many, and I cannot think that there would be missing tickets unless something is amiss somewhere.
