Hello there Tessiturians!
I have set up an offer, but it is not appearing on our website when I enter the promotion code. I have set up many offers before without issue so I am a bit perplexed at the moment.
1) Security Module - access is granted to Web Group for both MOS and Price Type
2) Tessitura - TX_MOS_PRICETYPE is set, TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO has MOS and source code as I want to trigger a different MOS from the default Web Sales (This is the only price type I want patrons to see with this code), price type and MOS are associated to all applicable performances with correct date parameters, under the Offers tab the price type and source code have been associated to the applicable MOS
Can you see anything missing, or anything i have entered incorrectly? This is the first offer of the upcoming season, so perhaps I am a little rusty on this one as it has been a while.
As always, thanks!
Duane
Can you sell the offer in the Client under the web MOS? Typically when we have an offer that is not working online, I sell through the client in that MOS and if it works there, I know it is something to do with the web syncing. I don’t know who your web developer is, but if it is Lynch, I may have some insight into why something might not be working…usually something to do with eRube.

Thanks for the suggestion Lea Ann.
Yes, MOS is associated with the standard allocation map and I have double checked source code and appeal dates. All appears fine in those three areas and still nothing showing up.

Duane,
Is this a new MOS? I have forgotten to allocate a new MOS in the facility before and it about drove me crazy! If not, make sure the source code and appeal dates are current. Those are the two things that have gotten me before.

Becci,
Thank you for your suggestion - Yes, after entering the promo code the discount price type appears as an option in the standard Web Sales MOS, along with the regular listed prices. So perhaps the issue is as you describe. We are with POP so I will have to confer with them. Do you know why this would happen?
I actually do have one other web promo currently active for an individual performance on another production, driving patrons into another MOS, but perhaps this is acting differently because there is an allocation attached to this promo/source code?
Thanks again,
Nicole - Thanks for the checklist. Unfortunately all of these are assigned correctly so that's not the issue.
