We use TNEW with a specific promo code, MOS switch and Price Type for our full time staff to use for our 4 produced plays in order to secure their own comp and 1/2 priced tickets.
I am curious how we can use this same model for our visiting cast and creative team. How does your organization process complimentary tickets that cast members are entitled to? Do you still use paper forms? Online with TNEW?
We are not looking for any customizations. Just out of the box TNEW functionality.

Hi Jessica,
Just wanted to weigh in that we still want the control of where comps are seated, so we still use a comp request form, however, I redid our whole process using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate and Planner and it all feeds into a Ticket Request channel in our Box Office Team. It eliminated both paper forms and monitoring an unruly email inbox of ticket requests. If that's something you're interested in, I'm happy to share.
