Scheduling time for PAH to be emailed

We are considering holding PAH orders until a few days prior to the performance.  I am interested in hearing pros and cons regarding using this.  Did this increase or decrease the number of phone calls the box office received from patrons who could not locate their order?  Where there any issues with implementing this mid season?

  • Actually it's the other way around.  I attach the Preshow email to the SOAP eTicket.htm in the PAH folder in P-drive (if Hosting Services).  Having a nice mobile/MSOffice optimised email is better UX from where I was standing. When I was doing some boxoffice I noticed that far too often people were confused between the preshow and the confirmation and the PAH so I thought about combining 2.
