Hi ... We are experiencing an inordinate number of our emailed print-at-home tickets landing in the patrons' spam and junk folders. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it? Is it something related to the PDF? It's becoming very frustrating for our patrons and our box office staff. Any suggestions on what else to look for? Thanks. How large is your file size for PDF? We had a similar issue and I had to shrink the file size down a substantial amount in order to avoid the same problem.
