Has anyone used Gift Certificates for tickets with a zero dollar value? We give out auction certificates that are for pairs of tickets that we process as comps. Typically we just generate the certificate in a word document and track them in excel - but I'd like to start tracking everything in Tessitura, and then print them on ticket stock. Has anyone done this?

Or is that not possible because you would need to know the customer's account to put the voucher into initially?
