Tessitura Gurus,
Yep...it's me again. I know what you're saying, "Again...really?" With my last post that dealt with not being able to purchase a package online (the culprit was hold codes on a single performance) I am now running into the same thing with a different package. At least we know why it's not showing up, but now we can't release the holds on a package level like the other package (the person that helped the first time is on vacation). We have released the hold codes on individual performances, but the purchase button still won't show up online because there are holds on a package level.
Now to my question...how do you release holds on a package level? I tried following the directions but to no avail.
Thank you once again Tessitura community,
Jason
Been years since I have done this, but I think package level seat holds are often applied through season maintenance. Might have been done that way. At least, that is all I have off the top of my head.
Best of luck.

HMMMMM...interesting. Are you sure they are all gone?
Glad to hop on a call if you need some help.
That would be amazing. We can Zoom and I can share my screen. Will that work?
send invite to jen.skelly@humanrights.ca, I am available any time.
Also, just a thought. Check to see if you have any additional performances in the package (for fees or something not really performance related) as those holds will need to be released as well. It does sound like something maybe is still in a hold.
I haven't heard of Holds on a Package level. Packages are groupings of performances sold as a unit. My bet is that the Hold are still on the performances. Use the Season Manager > House View to view the holds on specific performances.
Are you sure you released all hold codes in all zones in the facility Seat Map? I know we have "temporary" areas like Orchestra North for on stage seating. Sometime that area gets neglected when checking hold codes, prices, etc.
I can confirm that Jason Nicholson is all good to go. :-)
One quick Season Manager lesson, and he is practically an expert.
YAY!
You know who is awesome? JEN SKELLY is awesome! Amazing teacher. Thank you so much for your help Jen.

PS: This community is truly the best. Thank y'all for helping.
Glad to hop on a longer call if you want some more assistance. I can explain season manager a little more to you if you need.

Also don't worry about asking the forum for help when you are in a jam. We've all been there (and will be there again). In the immortal words of Billy Shears "I get by with a little help from my friends"
