Hi there everyone. In researching TNEW setup for pay what you want, editable pricing the main drawback I read of was that if enabled this feature turns off the SYOS. Has anyone with a TNEW site figured out a workaround on this?

Hi Heather,We stay away from editable pricing for various reasons, so we do a "Choose What You Pay" by setting up specific options such as $50, $20, $10, etc, and the patron can select the amount.

Hi Heather,Yes, we have a Zone Map which has zones such as "$10" "$20" etc, so on TNEW the patron chooses their zone depending on how much they want to pay, and then select the number of Pay What You Wish tickets for that particular zone.I don't have a link or screenshot to share with you, as we don't have such an event on sale at the moment, but I'm happy to answer any other questions!
