Dear Tessitura Community,
We are in a pinch over here...our main Tessitura person is no longer with us, and we need to get our packages online. It appears everything is setup...They have a Web Mode of Sale (MOS) as well as the keywords. I know I'm missing something small. What else should I look at?

thank you for any leads and help.
Best,
-Jason
This might be a silly question, but are the web modes of sale on sale date turned on?
Jason, do you have a Packages MOS? Our setup has both a Package and a Web MOS.
Couple quick things:
Does the Web MOS have access to the price types you are using?
Does the Web user have access to the price types
Can you seat them in Tessitura using that MOS?
Hey Jason,
Like Jen says thing I always check is "Does it work in the client" given the same conditions Log in as Web Security Group (if you can) and try setting up an order with that package using Web MOS. That will let you know if the MOS start and end dates and ticket start and end dates are ok or not.
You have a few packages online at the moment that are not actively bookable. (Sept 22-June23 incl. Butler Pops Series, Friday Super Series, Saturday Masterworks Series, Saturday Super Series, Super Series Upgrade).
Remember that Package MOS start and end dates and Associated Price types are controlled from Ticketing Setup > Packages not from the Ticketing Setup > Production Elements > Performance. Or if you are using it through Season Manager look via the Packages Radio Button not the performances one.

Thank you Jen and Heath. I've looked in the places mentioned. I'm not quite sure how to do the Web Security Group option you mentioned. I have all rights, just not sure where to go. Here are some screen shots I took. I feel like I'm missing one little thing and it's eating me alive not knowing what it is. Thank you again for any and all help. It's greatly appreciated.
I do and yes they are.
I was able to seat within Tessitura using Web Subscription MOS that we have setup.
Yes they are. I know it's something silly I'm missing. :-(
If you can book them in the client then the MOS and Pricetype dates should be ok and also you don't have the Unavailable text so it shouldn't be MOS or Price Type
Are your performance web publish dates in range (or blank)? Check them in Season Maintenance or the Ticketing Setup > Performances > General
To test the User Group go into Tessitura Security, highlight your login, click on groups on the bottom and add Web User group to your profile. You can then re-login to Tessitura Client as Web and test it again. It should be ok if the Price Types (and MOS) are associate with the Web User Group in Ticketing Setup > Price Types > Pricetype/UserGroup. Some tips here https://www.tessituranetwork.com/TN_Express_Web_User_Guide/Content/Topics/Troubleshooting.htm
We could jump on a zoom and have a look (you surely get better quality help from support LOL)
What default User Group is your Web Sales MOS (Ticketing Setup > MOS/User Group)
Hi Jason! We have all been there. Please don't throw your computer out the window ;0)
I know it's been asked, but in regards to the MOS, do you have like a "Subscription" MOS? And is that on all the packages and performances within the packages? In addition, is the "Seating" box checked on the MOS? (if you're doing seated subs).
I'm sure Tess support will assist, but hopefully we can help too!
Few things to maybe check for. Check the system table LTR_TN_EXPRESS_WEB_DEFAULTS and make sure your sub MOS is your Web Subscription MOS. Then I would look into each of the individual events and make sure they all have the Web Subscription MOS in active dates. In ticketing setup go the mode of sale window. I would check that the Web Subscription Mode of Sale has all the price types in the package selected and under MOS/User Group, make sure it is is attached to the web user group.
I got someone from Tessitura on the phone and they have confirmed that our setup appears to be correct. This particular person isn't fluent in TNEW so they have escalated above them and made it critical. They think it could be that since we are using a new price type, that could be the disruption.
I'll let y'all know what comes from this. I'm sure everyone is on the edge of their seat. In the meantime...thank you to all you rock stars that have chimed in to help. Y'all are an amazing community.
Stay tune,-Jason
With new price types, I have found that price type / user group association is almost always the forgotten step for us. For whatever that is worth.
