Online Packages

Dear Tessitura Community,

We are in a pinch over here...our main Tessitura person is no longer with us, and we need to get our packages online. It appears everything is setup...They have a Web Mode of Sale (MOS) as well as the keywords. I know I'm missing something small. What else should I look at?

thank you for any leads and help.

  • Hey Jason,

Like Jen says thing I always check is "Does it work in the client" given the same conditions Log in as Web Security Group (if you can) and try setting up an order with that package using Web MOS.  That will let you know if the MOS start and end dates and ticket start and end dates are ok or not.

You have a few packages online at the moment that are not actively bookable. (Sept 22-June23 incl. Butler Pops Series, Friday Super Series, Saturday Masterworks Series, Saturday Super Series, Super Series Upgrade).

Remember that Package MOS start and end dates and Associated Price types are controlled from Ticketing Setup > Packages not from the Ticketing Setup > Production Elements > Performance. Or if you are using it through Season Manager look via the Packages Radio Button not the performances one.

  • Thank you Jen and Heath. I've looked in the places mentioned. I'm not quite sure how to do the Web Security Group option you mentioned. I have all rights, just not sure where to go. Here are some screen shots I took. I feel like I'm missing one little thing and it's eating me alive not knowing what it is. Thank you again for any and all help. It's greatly appreciated.

  • If you can book them in the client then the MOS and Pricetype dates should be ok and also you don't have the Unavailable text so it shouldn't be MOS or Price Type

Are your performance web publish dates in range (or blank)?  Check them in Season Maintenance or the Ticketing Setup > Performances > General

To test the User Group go into Tessitura Security, highlight your login, click on groups on the bottom and add Web User group to your profile.  You can then re-login to Tessitura Client as Web and test it again.  It should be ok if the Price Types (and MOS) are associate with the Web User Group in Ticketing Setup > Price Types > Pricetype/UserGroup
