I am hoping someone will be able to help be out.
We built a show, it is not on sale, and need to update the zone map.
Problem, the zone map has not updated when in season manager or order entry. When I look at the map in Facility manager it is correct.
What step am I missing??

Hi Kimberly, Did the map not update at all? I know in the past when I've ran the update facility utility it didn't update the zones on any seated orders. If you reseat the order in the same seats, it'll update the order with the new zone. I hope this is helpful.

I believe zones don't update on existing performances; you have to update those through Season Maintenance. When you build new performances into the updated Facility, the new zones will appear.
