Composite tickets for non-packages

Hi all, I'm currently planning a ticket build for an upcoming Science festival here at Australian Museum. It is something of a package where you book a morning or afternoon entry, an Expo session time and a workshop. However I've found that packages won't give us the flexibility we need (specifically we want families to be able to choose to send children of different ages to different workshops). At the moment I am testing building the 'day' as a series of individual productions with pop up messaging throughout the journey to guide visitors to almost build their own package of different performances. My question is, is there a way to pull all these performances into a composite ticket? Or can composite tickets only be used for packages?

Appreciate any advice, thanks!

  • Hi Tash - did you ever find a workaround for this? We are in the same boat - we like a single ticket per person per order regardless of how many products there are in the order.

We've not been able to use packages as the Pricing rules can only be applied at the package level & not per perf within the packages which is making the discounts for members & family tickets incorrect.
