Mobile Ticket Availability for patrons?

Just trying to get a sense of what everyone is doing in regards to Mobile Ticket availability for Patrons?

When do you allow the ticketing barcode to become available to patrons to view (and ultimately print in Tessitura) in TNEW and/or the instant encore (app).?

We have our set to allow patrons access to their ticket barcode two hours before showtime, and are being asked to possibly increase that window.

We have one group in our Consortium that is allowing barcodes to be available to patrons anytime, and one group that is allowing barcodes to become available to patrons 72 hours before a performance.

    We are in the process of rolling out Mobile Tickets gradually to our future productions that were rescheduled due to COVID. For these as soon as we complete the process (which includes emailing out mobile tickets) we make the tickets visible in TNEW. So we are not, currently, restricting when people can see them online on TNEW.
