Our new consortium member has Lane 3000 devices (Windcave), and while they can insert or swipe cards successfully, they cannot key in numbers. When they key the numbers, nothing is entered. Has anyone else come across this issue? Is it a Windcave configuration issue, or a device configuration issue?

Just confirming the steps here - in order to do manual entry, you need to initiate the transaction in Tessitura as normal, and then push the yellow Clear button on the device once it lights up. Is that what they're doing? If they're pushing Clear and nothing happens, then Windcave would need to adjust the device profile to allow for manual entry.

Thanks for that suggestion, I don't think anyone knew they needed to do that step to enter via keypad. However, it still didn't work, so we are in touch with Windcave to correct the configuration.
