Hi gang!
I have a package that I'm eliminating for the coming year (Saturday 9:00pm) and I want to create a rollover for them so that I can track them as renewing subscribers and so I can send them a form with their On-Account balance. Has anyone ever rolled over a package into nothing or should I create a dummy package that says something like "SELECT NEW PACKAGE"?

I don't think you can do a rollover without packages to roll "from" orders into new, "to" orders. If I just wanted to mail them a form, I'd build a List of these "renewing" constituents and go from there.
Thanks Chris - Yea that's kind of what I figured as well - I want them to be tracked as Rollover Renewals, but I don't have a place to put them because they need to select a new package. I might simply create a mail merge for these folks.
