Tickets available for sale online and in line - Can capacity be set for each

Hi, I'm wondering about setting different amounts of tickets that could be purchased online and in line.

We will have a performance with a capacity of 500, I would like to make 400 available to be purchased online and the remainder left for walk ins.  Is this possible to do?  If yes, how can this be set up?
