Hi, I'm wondering about setting different amounts of tickets that could be purchased online and in line.
We will have a performance with a capacity of 500, I would like to make 400 available to be purchased online and the remainder left for walk ins. Is this possible to do? If yes, how can this be set up?

You could accomplish this with allocations or with holds!

Maery is correct. Allocations or holds will do the trick!
I think in your case, Allocations might be easier since you can assign them to a specific mode of sale. Holds need a little more management but will also do what you need them to do.
