We are upgrading our scanners and have purchased a Zebra TC21 device to test. Does anyone have experience installing NSCAN on these devices? We're having a little trouble and would love to speak with someone who has done it.

Hi, Kerry - The McCarter folks (above) have a TC21 so they may have specific solutions to match your issue. I have TC72 devices, and am happy to help if I can. If you are stuck trying to import the NSCAN Data Wedge configuration, there's a "settings" menu in the DataWedge app that offers the option to Import a DataWedge configuration.
