Scanning barcodes to record attendance

Hello everyone,

We've got a brand spanking new barcode scanner and are going to hopefully use it for recording attendance.

In the record attendance screen, however, when I try and scan a barcode it enters (what I think is) the N-Scan number, rather than the ticket number.

Can you help?  Do we need a different barcode on the tickets?  We'd quite like the N-Scan barcode just in case we ever decide to use Access control.

Many thanks

  • Hi Grae,

We have both barcodes on our tickets, so if N-Scan goes down (or the BOCA is playing up) the hosts can still scan. I’m not sure if you can return/attend by N-scan code…
