I was wondering if anyone has rolled out mobile tickets via TNEW over the last year. We are currently setting up mobile tickets in TNEW for our first performances, when those do happen. I was wondering how your organization handled this. Did you rip off the band aid and go full mobile? Do you have resident companies? Did you have all tickets go mobile? Did you do view my account, email, both?
Any and all information you have is beneficial.

Good Morning Chris - We currently use the mobile app provided by Instant Encore and haven't decided on how or if we will use TNEW's mobile ticket option.
