Does anyone have a good way to mark a list of patrons as having attended their virtual performance? We're working with Broadway on Demand and they're able to send us a list of accounts that opened the performance, but we haven't found a good way to update that information in Tessitura.

We made the decision early on to not print (to file) any of our digital tickets for BOD. That allows us to wait until we get the attendance lists, and then use the Auto Attend feature to batch print (to file) based on a list of records, and mark as attended at the same time by turning on printing/auto attend for the event and adjusting the door open/close window to include when we "print" those batches (which allows auto attend to work).
Oops - hit reply too soon! We are also holding on doing this unit the event's viewing window is over but, in the meantime, when we get the lists from BOD, we're using Manage Attributes to add a "recorded attendance" attribute which allows us to send post-trips before the end of the event window, and makes list pulling a little cleaner.
