In TR_QUERY_ELEMENT is the check box for Single Row checked on that field? If it isn't, Wordfly will throw an error.
They are checked off for the two custom elements. I went through the setup provided on the website- as far as I can tell all t's are crossed and i's dotted. I've put in support tickets with Wordfly and Tessitura, but no success yet.
I haven't seen this specific error before, but I have run into problems with output sets and WordFly getting along when control groups are in play. If anything in your list or output set references something that is control grouped outside of whatever group(s) your Tess Wordfly user is in, it might not work correctly.
All our elements use the same control group.
I've had this issue when permissions weren't properly granted to the view. Have you checked in SSMS that impusers and tessitura_app have got the correct permissions on the view? Thanks
