Ability to download locally a PAH ticket from Tessitura

Hello,

Rather than reprint a PAH ticket and email the constituent, is there an easy way for our customer service folks and development folks to do a merge of sorts and/or just save the PDF of the Print at Home ticket so they can email it themselves?

Often our VIP donors won't see the print at home ticket or it'd just be better to email it in correspondence we're already having with the constituent.

  • You could set up an internal mailbox like PAH@yourorg.net or something like that, then put that email address in the BCC for the Email Profile specified in TR_PAHT_CONFIGURATION. Every email with a ticket would be BCC’d to that mailbox and you’d have a “hard copy” so to speak of all emails sent to customers so they could be resent on demand. We’re doing the something similar in our Development department, and we have order confirmations BCC’d to a special mailbox too. We’re just starting to implement PAH and we’ll be BCC’ing the tickets to the same special mailbox that the ticket orders go to.

  • My box office manager and I are both BCC'd on all our PAH emails for this exact purpose and it's worked pretty well for us.

    Thanks! This is a good idea. We're currently Bcc: the confirmation email.

    Only issue I see with this is the donor will then receive a regular PAH email from our Box Office and then our Devo group will email them with an attached PAH ticket. This may cause some confusion. Would be good if we could suppress the PAH email and just send bcc: in this case.
