Hello Everyone,
In TNEW is there a way to limit a virtual package seat quantity to 1 like we can do on single virtual events?
Thanks,

In the TNEW Admin site, in the Product Type Editor, you can set the seat maximum quantity under ticket to "1".
Thank you Amber - we already set that quantity in Product Type Editor, but our problem is that packages aren't adhering to that setting.
Hi Amber - You can set a "Seat Maximum Quantity" for packages in the individual Package Components in the Component Editor. For instance, if your virtual event package is a fixed package, in the TNEW Admin Site, you can go to Site Data > Component Editor, and either select "Fixed Packages - Standard" or "Fixed Packages - Auxiliary" depending on the type of package this is. Scroll down to the "Seat Maximum Quantity" property and set it to "1". Keep in mind, however, that this "Seat Maximum Quantity" property will apply to ALL Standard Fixed / Super Packages or ALL Auxiliary Fixed / Super Packages. It's an all or nothing property and can not be overridden at the individual package level. If you are building out flex packages, there is a similar property in the "Flex Packages - Standard" and "Flex Packages - Auxiliary" components. Hope that helps!
