Sending my first message to the forums and I'm hoping this is not a silly question....??
We are in the process of setting up mobile ticketing........ As we have a number of elderly patrons who are not internet users we still need to have the option of hard tickets via the box office. As far as I can see this would mean more or less duplicating price types so we can have the mobile ticket template attached to one set and our usual BOCA ticket templates attached to print the hard tickets?
Any ideas/input would be gratefully received.

Hi Josie,
You should not need to duplicate price types to use Mobile Tickets. You should associate existing Boca ticket designs with the mobile ticket designs so that any time an existing price type is connected to a Boca design, it is also inherently connected to a mobile ticket design. See the Mobile Tickets documentation under "How to Associate Mobile Ticket Designs and Templates."
