Performance Refunds in Bulk

Hello Network,

With the quickly evolving COVID-19 situation we are planning on how to address canceled performances. Does anyone have suggestions that can allow for a bulk return and refund to the original FOP? The PERFORMANCE SEAT RELEASE utility only allows a refund to on account payment methods.

    Hi,

    Hope everyone is weathering the crisis as best as you can.

    I think we need an ETA from Tessitura for the release of v15.1.9 and the addition of refunding the cancellations to the original payment method. That seems like something VERY necessary for the current situation.

    When will v15.1.9 be released? And why can't we get an updated Event Cancellation Utility? It was released as an add-on, so couldn't it be also re-released without having to wait another several weeks?

    We are in the final stage of getting the release ready for posting. It will be posted within the next 1-2 days if things continue smoothly, which we expect at this stage.
