With the quickly evolving COVID-19 situation we are planning on how to address canceled performances. Does anyone have suggestions that can allow for a bulk return and refund to the original FOP? The PERFORMANCE SEAT RELEASE utility only allows a refund to on account payment methods.

Hi there! We are also looking at this - are you guys also manually refunding 100s/1000s of orders?? There must be a better way!
