We're coming across an issue where certain users are failing to print to the Boca printers. For some unknown reason their profiles no longer print tickets.
Has anyone else come across this kind of issue?

Are the ticket printers appearing as an option for those users to select or not appearing?
We had issues with a Windows update (specifically 1903) and our Boca printers. I went in and uninstalled and reinstalled the Boca and now everything works fine. I could tell which station had updated based on the calls I got for not being able to print.
And this just happened to me today. Incidentally, it happened after we did a service pack installation in our Test environment. I have the proper access in Citrix and nothing has changed with my printer. I even tried it on multiple work stations. Did you find anything out?

We're not using Ramp or Citrix. The three boca printers are setup on the network. Printers are visible in Tess but do not print tickets. The temporary fix is to remove/reinstall the printer. Then sometimes it works, others it doesn't.
Do you know of other printers that are better than bocas?
