How can I show the text, "Sold Out" by a performance online? I have changed the "Status" to Sold Out in the performance details page but no change shows up online. Our system table LTR_TN_WEB_EXPRESS_CONTENT has a listing for SoldOut_Text as "Sold Out!" but I don't know how to invoke that. Thanks in advance for any advice!
Hi-One possibility (depending on your api setup) is renaming the description under Ticketing Setup/Production Elements/Performances. With out setup, the online event pulls from the (long) description, so changing the title to either 'sold out', or "Title-sold out" will result in only that performance showing up as sold out. This only helps if someone chooses that specific date, but at least get the information to show up online.
