Hello Tessitura Hivemind!
I realized after some staff turnover that our automatic discount for groups wasn't triggering and after doing some digging, I see that the pricing rule and rule set wasn't updated for the current season.
I attempted to update it in our web MOS to see if it would apply the discount and all it does is bring me to a blank cart and I can't see anything about the discount. When I switch it off in Tess and refresh my web cart, the tickets I chose are now there and still no discount. Very strange.
I tried copying a previous rule and updating it and also making the rule from scratch and still no dice.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Is the rule affiliated with any performances or appeals? It might just be a matter of updating those for the new season.
Hi Anna! Yes– the previous rule was associated with our last season and in an attempt to update it to the current one...it breaks our tnew cart! Its quite strange.

A few things to troubleshoot:
-Are the start and end date/time current?
-Is the pricing rule active?
-Is your group price type enabled and active in the appropriate performance setups?
-Is your pricing rule assigned to the correct pricing rule set?
