I was curious to know how other venues might handle fanclub presales? With these changing times, we have several known scalpers purchasing more tickets than actual fans. I am trying to come up with ideas to help prevent these scalpers from getting the best seats in the house. We are currently trying to help elevate this issue by having a MOS that is allocated to online fanclub sales and offering select seating through allocations (only 20% of the house). But I curious and wanted to know if other venues have any ideas on how to combat this issue? Do other venues limit the amount of tickets that can be purchased for fanclub presales? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

If you have a repeat relationship with fanclubs preregistration can be great, to increase your engagement with them as a club, as well as the MOS/Allocation thing that you're doing (helps them sit together as an event).
