There have been quite a few great TLCC and regional talks on scalpers. Hosted payments and 3D secure can be one part of the puzzle. Restricting print@home to day of performance is another. Note that I'm a huge fan of Krystal Nolan at Sydney Opera House & Lauren Cartelli (Past Member) at Roundabout
