Is anybody using, or looking into, self service kiosks for selling tickets? We're starting to test this and have some ideas around how we'll make it work. However I wondered if anybody has had any experience in implementing/installing and using self service ticket sales in any form?

Here at the Science Museum Group we're in a similar position and are just about to start exploring self service ticketing and kiosks. Will you be at the conference in Chicago as maybe we can compare notes while we're there?
