We're beginning the process of re-thinking our fee structure. Currently we charge a per ticket fee by phone, a one time order fee online, and no fees in person. We've thought about rolling fees into the ticket price, but we would like to hear what other organizations are doing with their fees, and why. I'd appreciate any input on this.

We charge per ticket fees for online and phone sales for single tickets; no fees in person. Subscribers never pay fees. We've also thought about rolling the fee into the ticket price, by building them as separate layers, but it's a continuing conversation so I'd also love to hear other organizations' approaches.
