Hi All,
We're beginning the process of re-thinking our fee structure. Currently we charge a per ticket fee by phone, a one time order fee online, and no fees in person. We've thought about rolling fees into the ticket price, but we would like to hear what other organizations are doing with their fees, and why. I'd appreciate any input on this.

Just stepping in here before we get yelled at, but listing exact fee amounts I think would be in violation of some collusion law. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
