Hi all. I am in the midst of my first subscription rollover at Edmonton Opera and am wondering if anyone has any advice or guidance on how to ensure minimal errors occur? The only written guides I have are the bulky Tessitura manual pages and screenshots of what my predecessor did last season.
Is this all I need to be successful? Or is rollover trickier than appears?
Any assistance at all would be greatly appreciated!

I agree with Amber - definitely do everything Test so you see what (if any) errors you have, then make all fixes in Live, do a Live to Test copy and try the rollovers again. The rollovers themselves are very easy and straightforward, but it's all the set up and proofing that you have to do beforehand that is the hardest part (at least in my experience). You also have to decide whether you'll be using the price type mapping system table or not, and also if you're going to have one rollover set for all your packages, or if you can split them up in some way. For example, at TSO we have about 16 different packages, and I tend to do a rollover set for each package. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. Good luck!
Thank you for your help! Breaking every package down definitely made things easier. Rollover was successful!
