Hi all. I am in the midst of my first subscription rollover at Edmonton Opera and am wondering if anyone has any advice or guidance on how to ensure minimal errors occur? The only written guides I have are the bulky Tessitura manual pages and screenshots of what my predecessor did last season.
Is this all I need to be successful? Or is rollover trickier than appears?
Any assistance at all would be greatly appreciated!

Victoria - rollovers can be frightening for the first time however once you've done a few you will see they are quite straight forward!If you still need assistance email me and I can provide you with the documentation I have!
